Sterling Rettke founded Louisburg Strategies on a conviction that serious strategy shouldn't be reserved for those who can afford a large firm's retainer. What began as a focused practice has grown into a firm advising leaders across business and government.

His career spans every level of American politics. He has worked presidential, federal, and state campaigns, including the 2020 effort to elect President Biden. He has served as an organizer, fundraiser, campaign manager, and senior consultant.
